Windsor Gardens Care and Rehabilitation Center is a 228-bed short and long term care facility serving the community since 1999. Many of our staff members are from the surrounding communities. Windsor Gardens enjoys a dedicated staff that has been with the facility for many years. We recognizes that real care comes from a sense of understanding, empathy and love. Windsor Gardens Care and Rehabilitation Center is licensed by the State of New Jersey and a participant in the New York State Medicaid program. We accept Private, Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care and most third party insurances.
